Our extra soft diabuddies are handmade by Magen with so much love.
 
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Orders for Diabuddies may be canceled up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Orders for pump or CGM patches must be canceled within 24 hours. To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please email info@typeonetogether.com. Include your name and order number.  
 
All diabuddies will default have safety eyes unless customer specifically requests felt eyes in their order notes. Type One Together is not responsible for any risks or damage associated with safety eyes on our Diabuddies. If you would prefer felt eyes, please make a note at checkout or email typeonetogetherdiabuddy@gmail.com
