Cancellation Policy:
Orders for Diabuddies may be canceled up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Orders for pump or CGM patches must be canceled within 24 hours. To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please email info@typeonetogether.com. Include your name and order number.  
 
Type One Together is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been dropped off at USPS.
 
All diabuddies will default have safety eyes unless customer specifically requests felt eyes in their order notes.
