Friends!! This is important - you don't want to miss out on these insanely delicious banana muffins. They are gluten free, dairy free and I made them a little more BG friendly to make our lives easier.
Here is how:
Added 2 tablespoons of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips (these are free of top 14 allergens)
Added 1 tablespoon of Nutiva Chia Seeds
#3 is what makes all the difference on blood sugars!! You can hardly taste them but the fiber content in chia seeds keeps your blood sugars from spiking or dropping quickly.
