Utilize CGM alerts to your advantage!

I know that CGM alerts can be annoying, but they are truly an incredible tool! If your alerts are set too high, by the time you are notified that you are out of range, it will be too late. On the flip side, if you set your alarm at 130 (for example), when you are alerted you are rising, you actually have a chance to fix the high before it happens! Same goes for a low. This simple trick of narrowing your CGM range can move mountains in your health. That being said - we all need CGM breaks from time to time, and that is okay too!
